This customer purchased a mattress from [redacted] *n TexasAt the time all product was being imported through [redacted] Furniture, who is in Texas alsoAny warranty or product issues would be directed to themHowever, [redacted] discontinued selling that product so are unable to fulfill their dutyAs a favor to the complaintant we offered to replace the mattress is they would pay the shipping costThe other option was to wait for [redacted] to place an order and the mattress would be delivered to the store [redacted] never ordered any product after that time and so the complaintant has the option to pay shipping for the product and we will front the cost of the productOnce again, we are doing this as a favor and do not have any responsibility to warranty the product in any way.?
Hi,As was stated previously, the customer stated in her complaint that she acknowledged understanding our warranty which we do stand byHer mattress does not meet the warrantable standard, so we will not be replacing her mattress or giving a refundIf the mattress does at anytime in the year period have an indentation 3/4" or greater, we will gladly help her at that timePlease note that our 3/4" warranty is ABOVE industry standard, which is normally 1/2"? Thank you,
? Hello, I would like to express that I’m not satisfied with Caleb P***’s response regarding my complaintMy concerns are I’m a consumer that purchased a Memory Foam mattress that is failing.? Why have a year non-prorated warranty in place if you are not going to honor it.? Nowhere within BEDTECH’S home page (www.mybedtech.com) does it mention that the company will only honor their year non-prorated warranty if the mattress meets the ¾” requirementI would say that this is advertisement for BEDTECHMemory Foam mattresses should not break down and have indentations within the mattress before it’s a year old.? This was the case for our mattressDue to the indentations in the mattress, it’s very uncomfortable to sleep next to my husband since it feels like I’m on a hill.? All I’m asking for is that BEDTECH honor their warranty and help in making us happy with our purchaseI have attached pictures of our Queen Size memory foam mattress which is of another brand and after years, it has no indentations on either side of the mattress.? This is how a memory foam mattress should hold upAgain, I’m asking for either a refund of our money or a replacementThank you, [redacted]

This is not our consumerThe Easy Rest Adjustable Bed is not sold through retail outlets but rather through in-home sales presentations only. Further we do not sell furniture but bases and mattresses. If this consumer purchased a bedroom set from a store they need to contact the place
of purchase for assistance

we will gladly help her at that timePlease note that our 3/4" warranty is ABOVE industry standard, which is normally 1/2".? Industry standard is to have the customer measure and show that the product is warrantable.? I have attached images from the customer that she sent us which shows the indentations are not warrantable.? Thank you,Caleb P***EASY-REST, Inc.*** ** *** ***
