Hello Jamie,
On Friday May 24th I got in an accident with my truck 10minutes before the scheduled meeting. I have the police report and photos to back up this claim. Police were called because the damage was over $2000. The accident caused approx. $15,000 damage to my truck and $5,000 damage to the other vehicle. I spoke with you on the phone 20min late and explained the situation. You responded by saying, "no problem, let me know when it is figured out and you can come provide a quote."
I called you Friday afternoon once the police report was done and modifications had been completed to my truck so it was drivable. I let you know that I could be at your house in 15 minutes to provide a quote. You were very happy to hear that I could come. I arrived 15 minutes later to provide you with a quote, in my freshly damaged truck. You were very friendly and informative. We had a good repore throughout the meeting and you did not bring up any complaints to me in person.
Sometimes there are things out of our control that can effect our schedules. A car accident needs to be considered one of those uncontrollable variables. I wish you would have brought up any concerns you had when I seen you in person so I could address this sooner.
