On march 17 before everything with the cov19 I gave mr. a 2000 down payment on a car witch should have been giving to me according to him before everything shut down I call him severe times before he answer me and then no contact until two weeks ago he told me the car was going to be ready by 4 but then he call me to tell me he found some problems that they are fixing and he will call me back and still nothing I have left him some massagers and been going over but no answer or he is not there I have heard that he have done this before so I just want to get help on my issue and on getting my money back don't want the car no more I report him to the attorny general too he is not a responsible person or professional he is more like a scam person than anything alse

Saw an advertisement on ***
at JP Sales went to they're location in ***. Spoke to *** the own he stated that I must put 200.00 down in cash to hold the car until I can g et my mechanic to check out the car unfortunately due to the Corona Virus. The shop could not look at the car. Called *** the owner he said that not a problem and the he would return my deposit in full but he was going away for the weekend . I reached back out to him and suggested to send the money in the mail,in the form of a money order instead he sent a company check which has no money in the account to honor my 200.00. The bank charged me with a return fee of 20.00. I am now out of 220.00. I I want my 200.00 plus the 20.00 fee, paid in full immediately

I purchased a vehicle on 9/13/2019 at JP's Auto Sales. The vehicle is a 2007 ***. I gave a deposit of $3100.00 and financed the remainder of the purchase price through a loan with *** ($6999.00 total) On the delivery date, the check engine light was on. I brought this to ***'s (manager's) attention. Mr. stated the engine light was on due to the vehicle had been detailed, and must have triggered the check engine light. Mr. instructed one of his employees to clear the code.After a few days of waiting, the vehicle was picked up and driven until 9/23/2019, when the check engine light came on again. Dropped the car back off to the dealership and was also waiting on the registration. On 9/24/2019, Mr. reached out via text to let me know that the vehicle was "all set". Picked the car up and on 9/26/2019, check engine light came back on. Vehicle was returned another two times for the same issue. Mr. was not able to repair the vehicle and would not pass *** State Inspection. Vehicle was returned on 11/19/2019. To date, Mr. has not returned the paperwork AND bank was not reimbursed money paid to the dealership. Contract is not cancelled yet and am not able to purchase another vehicle since the loan is still existing under my name. Calls and texts to Mr. are to date being ignored.

Before I purchased a vehicle from this company the sales person told me he was going to replace the navigation and radio because it wasn’t working properly. He told me he was going to fix the suspension compressor which makes a continuous loud noise the salesman told me he bought tires for the truck which are bald and have dry rot the truck steers to the right I have to keep the wheel to the left the truck has a problem the salesman told me it could be a coil pack this man didn’t fix one problem the truck has he kept on telling me lies and stalling several times I told him I wanted my money back and he reassured me he was going to fix the problems nothing but lies .

Do not buy from jps auto sales they are running a crooked business my mother bought a vehicle from them and just 2 weeks later the head gaskets blew because the people who owned it before traded it in because of issues with the head gaskets. But this place had promised me that the vehicle would be safe for my mother to drive with my 7 and 4 year old daughters in it that there was nothing wrong with the vehicle!! HORRIBLE PEOPLE TO DEAL WITH THEY HAVE NO CARE FOR A SINGLE MOTHER AND SINGLE GRANDMOTHER WHO HAVE TO NOW WALK WITH THW TWO YOUNG CHILDREN!!!!!! Ps only put a star because I can not leave this review without having one????

The owner took money from my husband and I (1000) when we tried to pirchase a car off of him. Processed a loan on the vehicle and never gave us a car. I despited the problem with *** bank out of new york and they cleared the loan off of my name. Unfortunately *** only gave me back 500$ at first. The other 500$ he went and deposited a check in the amount of 500$ in which my bank later sent me a letter stating that the check did not clear becaise the bank account was no longer valid. I called him multiple times and he blocked my number. I just want my money back. 500$ is a lot of money

I was going to purchase a vehicle a *** 3 2008 that they where taking too much time and giving me the run around I try contacting *** the manager of the place and always the word was will call you later or we will fix the problem that it never did get fix. I sign a contract that they had to give me the money back after saturday the 21 of oct a total amount of 1080 that they didnt do they try to give me a check without fund I told them I want my money not a rubber check or a check without fund I kept asking what is happening they kept me on the run around wasting money in taxi service trying to get my money back after a few days all they gave me back was 500 dollars less than half of the money I kept getting more excuses about the rest of the money. As I try not to go to the court but they left me no choice as they told me do what ever you want if you want to go to the cops or court do it and thats my next step.
