This company has had complete disrespect for my family or our situation A contract was placed in March to build a home in [redacted] I explained that I have elderly parents moving in with us and the I was moving from AZ in June as well as having to house my parents after August in temporary housing My husband retired from the military Oct 1st after serving this country for yearsWe arrived in July to see that nothing on the lot was touched and that labor was the problem Up to that point, they had no builder for at least weeks and we were never notified, not to mention the sales staff who we communicated through left suddenly as well The lack of communication for almost months and the delays were not because of weather They could not get the labor until July 30th when they put a shovel in the dirt to do one footing After a month and more delays due to ordering the wrong lumber, framing had to be put on hold again The excuses and the delay until
I am a homebuyer of a new home construction with JP Orleans.We have several outstanding issues that have not been addressed despite being in the house for over monthsI am no longer able to get in touch with anyone from the companyThe JP Orleans warranty manager that we were working with and in touch by cell phone no longer works for the company and JP Orleans warranty personnel are not responding to my emails
The outstanding issues include
We are in the process of building a poolWhen the pool company came to excavate the site they found tress and other organic debris that had been dumped and buried on the properlyProper legal removal resulted in an additional cost of $I contacted the JP Orleans' project manager, Ramin Sayadpour, who promised that they would reimburse our pool company for this additional expenseI have email documentation of thisI have not received confirmation that this has occurred
