Chase is refusing to remove an obsolete debt being reported to Experian, Equifax and TransunionAll of the credit agencies have acknowledged the issue to be with Chase, I have reported through all of the agencies and have been told that it will be up to Chase to remove this, which will be the only acceptable outcomeI have also filed complaints through the FTC as well as the Bureau of Consumer affairs and the local State Attorneys generalChase, if you are listening, this matter will not go awayI have correspondence of your refusal and documented this fully on my end including the tampering of dates reportedOnce again, the only accepted outcome will be the full removal of this obsolete debt by Chase
