Review: I had purchased a pair of exhaust tips 9car parts) from JPM TRADING INC back in March of 2015, the first set of exhaust tips that JPM trading sent me were the wrong size, I contacted JPM Trading Inc and they told me to send them back and they would send the correct size I needed. So I paid for the return shipping of the incorrect parts, I then about 2 weeks later I received another set of exhaust tips , not only did they not fit but they were made wrong (defective) and I contacted JPM Trading Inc again and they said to ship them back and they would send me the correct size.So I sent the exhaust tips back to JPM Trading Inc...and I never received any exhaust tips. I sent them multiple e-mails with no response. I had to go though [redacted] to get my money that I paid back from the original purchase but [redacted] told me they couldn't get the return shipping back from the seller and that I would have to contact the seller to get my money back for the return shipping. So I e-mailed JPM TRADING INC and I got an e-mail back stating that I had received my money back from [redacted] and that the transaction was closed. I sent them another e-mail stating that I wanted my money back that I spent on the return shipping costs of the incorrect parts that were sent to me. I never got a reply back. I shouldn't have to pay return shipping on incorrect and defective parts. The seller should have reimbursed me the $25.90 , but refused to respond to my e-mails.Desired Settlement: I only want what I paid for the return shipping costs of the exhaust tips ($12.95) each time I returned the defective exhaust tips , so a total of $25.90
