My appt today for our service call was from am to pmAs of I had no phone call or communication I called company to confirm service which I was on the work order list for the day but the service rep told me she told me that she would do her best to get to us today I asked why was this the case Evidently person showed up for work today Ok I get that! But very poor service to not communicate your work challenge today and very poor service on the reps part not being forth coming and the expectation that I will wait gong on my 4th hour for this service Nothing offered to accommodate me, no service call fee wave, no apology Canceled Service Call Beware this may happen to you
