The company left a voice mail for me to give them a call to discuss the issue I returned the call only to get the answering machine I left a message Have not heard back yet and every time I call, I get the machine and hang up This was one of the problems I had with the company to begin with

company STILL have never contacted us and never tried to resolve the complaint.  They are liars when the stated to the Revdex.com that they contacted us.  We are very pleased with our new garbage company, [redacted] and would highly recommend them!

I have contacted the customer and they are still going to cancel service but we have discussed everything and we are both at an understanding.
