I am 67 years old and I just purchased a Deal computer with Joy system on it. I am not that computer savy, but I found installing this joy system on my computer so easy. They took you thru it in step by step easy to follow directions. Thank you so much for the ease of putting joy systems on my computer. This is the first time I have not stress out while putting in a computer

Tring to write a review to recieve my gift card and cannot find where to go to get it.

my chromebook is good and all it can be slow at times but its cool that I got to have my own chromebook to my self but this is cool and good. chromebooks are good to use for school because its easyer to carythem around so thats also nice but it could be hard at times if u had a regular laptop because when u rush to get out the door then u have to take time and waste time to get to your next class thats why I like chromebooks because there smaller than regular.

My purchase of a refurbished Dell 3010 computer came to me on time. The instructions were included and were very easy to read. I had my computer up and running In no time. It was such a "joy" to purchase from a company that is very reliable, and I highly recommend them!

I have been doing business with Joy system products for many years. I have had a few defective devices but on the whole I am very satisfied. I purchased a Lenovo T450 with 8Gb Ram 128Gb SSD. It arrived in perfect condition booted up and let me set it up the way I need it configured. Thanks.

Customer contacted us about the problem on 4/not 3/19.At this time even both dates would be way out of warranty over month.If the unit is out of warranty there is nothing we can do

Good Morning [redacted] After looking into this for you, this unit does have RAM slots in the unit and when we build the unit usually we will use all the RAM slotsAs you see in the picture below is the location of all slotsOne set is in plain view and the other set is under the fan, you can see the white tabs sticking out of the bottomCan you please take screen shot of the system properties page for me, and also of the inside of the computer as there most likely RAM already in those other slots
