Review: I recently signed up for the Intro to Hip Hop 6 week class in [redacted]. BEFORE registering online, on March 29, I called their [redacted] studio and a female employee told me that if I don’t like the first class, my tuition will be refunded. She encouraged me to come try out the class with no obligation. So I proceeded to register online and pay $94.31. After making payment, my receipt said "no refunds" but I was told otherwise so I attended the first class.

On April 2 I attended the first class which was not to my liking, so I emailed the studio manager to obtain a refund for the remaining classes based on what I was told by the employee. The manager denied my request so I emailed the Managing Director, [redacted], who also denied my request.

Since I was told one policy verbally over the phone in advance of registration, I would appreciate that being honored. It is their responsibility to train staff properly. Thank you.Desired Settlement: A full refund now that I have wasted an hour of my time with repeated requests to no avail.
