I was misled by Freet Roofing company for hail damage repair on my houseI was assured that they could and would make all the repairs covered by my insuranceThey only did the roof, which turned out to be a very low quality job, and farmed out the gutters to a year old man, who could barely get around! The rest of the items, I had to get done by other people/companiesZI would have never dealt with Freet Roofing company if in the beginning they had admitted they could not and would not be able to do all the work listed by the insurance adjustor Back to the poor roofing job, the ridge vent is as crooked as a snake's back! There was a long cut across several tiers of shinglesAfter, reporting him to my insurance agent, since he had recommended Jesse Martin to begin with, and I was unable to get Jesse Mto answer or return phone calls, Jesse did finally come out and review the situation, and made an adjustment or two on the roof, replaced the scored shingles and straightened one of the ridge vent sections, but the rest are still as crooked as a snakes backI would never use Freet Roofing or Jesse Magain!

Today November at 9:am I had a lengthy conversation with Mr [redacted] regarding his concern regarding his new vehicle showing Carfax with mileage unknown This issue was reviewed and details were given as this being a TYPO entry by preceding dealer that checked the wrong box on odometer statement I also assured him that his check was in the mail and would arrive today via FedEx trk # [redacted] ***In addition I offered him a total refund on the purchase or the ability to trade the current car of issue in on another vehicle in stock I reassured Mr [redacted] that our only concern was his total and complete satisfaction with his purchase at Mercedes-Benz of Boerne We concluded that he would review the vehicles on line and work with [redacted] on selecting something from stock or within Group Automotive[redacted] General Manager

After careful consideration we are prepared to offer our customer a resolution on this matter if he can please contact us as soon as possible we Mercedes-Benz of Boerne will provide him the ELW he feels that he is entitled to [redacted] ***F&I DirectorMercedes Benz of Boerne [redacted] cell [redacted] work

changed hands in August of 2014. The prior owners were *** and they would havve the records relevant to this sale. I have printed out your letter and will delegate it to our lead business manager. In addition I will also forward to ***. We (they) will need the trade in data, bill of sale or buyers order form and a odometer statement of your last purchase where it shows the Mercedes as a trade. I am not satisfied with this resolution due to the fact, I have taken my car in for over the last nine months to resolve something that could not be resolved by Fernando AutomotiveI have been shown where the alleged work was completed and I still have the same parts; in addition, no bolts were removed and pictures express how they are still in place with any documented markings on bolts at allNew repair shop looked up all part numbers and could not find any of stated parts on invoiceIn addition, I have taken the vehicle to Fernando Shop for the last nine months for the check engine light - every time I go their it is a new excuse to what the situation could be and he charges me for something or tells me he needs my vehicle for more daysIn which again I have to rent a car for longer days and he still has no resolution; however, another reason to why the check engine light is not working and charges me for somethingNew mechanic repaired my vehicle the first time around and did not understand why I was given the go around for nine monthsYes I did not go to the stated last appointment due to the fact after months is was not fixed and renting a vehicle again for another week and still no resolution was something I was not going to do after nine monthsIn regards to him stating that it was on my schedule, in reality it was his, I called several times to drop off my car and I was given the "Fernando has several cars in the garage already and wants to see if you could bring it next week because he wont have time to fix your car" in which would be the response I would get until I got a bring your car in he has roomThen I would have to rent a car find a ride to assist me to drop off my car and then Fernando will have my car for 3-days and still it would not be repairedI have had tune ups, my front bolt system changed and the pictures will express nothing has been changed in my vehicleThe car computer was damaged and was what I originally took to get repaired from Fernando; in which, is still the original piece - I found another *** who has gone through this with his auto shop onlineThis is something I believe is a constant practice by this individual, if you wish to speak with the new mechanic shop I will be more than pleased to give the Revdex.com their informationThe only things that *** insurance company paid for was the computer and nothing else, which was not even repaired and Fernando was paid forI will provide you with their information as well, and no further claims was submitted to them since the stated original repairs for my vehicle computer was done by Fernando. So therefore, I have taken my car to this shop and nothing was repair:*** *** *** *** *** *** *** *** *** *** *** ***The last service that he charted me 300-that he stated was in relation to why the check engine was still on*** *** ** *** ***And agian I have receipts and *** card payments for these transactions and another shop repaired my vehicle in which they stated months was ridiculous and 4-was not neededI see he will not take the ethical solution and admit to his con; therefore, I will be taking him to court.

Sir, we did not collect the funding of your warranty, the other owners collected your payment and only they can obtain the refund back from MBUSA Financial. Again we were not invoved in this transaction.  I spoke to [redacted] who you visited with and we will support the efforts to get your refund, however, you will need to contact them.  We are not in any way avoiding the request, quite the contrary, we will do all we can in getting your refund through Heller-Bird.  [redacted] will be in contact with you. Based on your transaction dates when you purchased this warranty the dealership was owned by Heller-Bird and was purchased in August 2014 by Group 1 Automotive.  We do have the appropriate contacts with Heller...

Every specific detail of my roof replacement exceeded expectation!
No time was ever wasted by anyone involved: from their pre-dawn arrival
(where much set up and get ready for first light) quickly made controlled
chaos of removing the old roof; and each team member knowing exactly
where to be always doing something to move the job along. Even the person
on the ground always policing the area, moving tarps to catch debris to minimize negative impact on the yard and landscaping that when materials arrived, this aspect as well, made use of the latest equipment to minimize the hazards of getting all material up onto the roof, allowing the installers ample energy to put out square after square with a very high degree of workmanship.
The yard is spotless and the roof enhances the house like never before because

The rest of the items, I had to get done by other people/companies. ZI would have never dealt with Freet Roofing company if in the beginning they had admitted they could not and would not be able to do all the work listed by the insurance adjustor.

I would never use Freet Roofing or Jesse M. again!

Good morning!   For starters I would like to state that every part we replace is properly documented on the invoice with the vehicle's VIN number it is ordered for, which is to say that I can provide receipts for all parts replaced showing the cross-referenced VIN, as for the validity of...

claims for refund based on fraudulent repairs; they should be substantiated, not just thrown around from hearsay, and I happen to have in my shop the last parts that was replaced and not paid for, as was customary with [redacted], she missed the last appointment that was set for repair verification, due to scheduling conflicts, we can work on vehicles, not schedules, she could not reconcile our working schedule with hers.   And vehicle rentals, it is the [redacted]'s responsibility to provide for their transportation in the event of lengthy repairs, this vehicle, as was stated by [redacted], was damaged at a [redacted] by having the battery installed backwards, and she was already filing claims for damages and transportation against them, I can understand some repairs can be frustrating, both for the mechanic and the [redacted], especially when they involve concealed electrical damages, although we didn't have a chance to conduct a repair verification tests I believe this vehicle was repaired the last time it was in my shop.     But for all intents and purposes that's what warranties are for, feel free to give us a call and/or check your vehicle in for a warranty diagnostic/repair, and don't forget to bring in your invoice copies.     Best regards.              [redacted]          [redacted]          [redacted]

Again;   All parts reported as and collected for have been replaced, the complaint should be directed at the unscrupulous repair facility making those egregious statements, I'm able to provide proper documentation, up to and including parts replaced but not paid for, as is the case of the [redacted], which was the last part replaced by me personally at my repair facility, of course with an [redacted] part.
