Review: Paid annual amount for the Milw, Journal/Sentinel. I get the paper about 75% of the time. This week 50% of the time unless I don't get Sunday's paper then it would be 25% of the time for this week. I've called them, emailed them and the service actually seems to get worse. Because of the missed papers the least they could do is extend my next billing date. Nope, won't do it. Too bad, you get nothing. How about a 25% refund, nope, won't do it. Their attitude is like it or lump it. You only get half or so of what you paid for, too bad. The most atrocious delivery service and follow up customer service I have ever seen.
