Jourdan Appraisal Services

On 12/11/19, we hired Christopher J and his company to do an appraisal on a property at ***. He came out and seemed like he knew what he was talking about. I paid him in full that day 12/11/19, $550 check number #1024. He told us that he would have the appraisal done and given to me or my girl friend within 10 days. Both of us have been trying to contact him through phone calls and emails, he will not return our calls or emails. Recently, we were told from Gardner Realtor that the reason he didn't do it was because he said he hadn't been paid. I have a copy from my bank of the cleared check.
