ordered and paid in full for graduation cap gown and invent action. Paid in full. Now they claim we owe 170.00 for a coat. I had no knowledge of.
My granddaughter came to live with me in November 2018 we ordered her graduation stuff from Jostens it has been paid for in full. then we got a service fee charge of $170.00. now they're saying that fee is for coat that she had ordered when she's was freshman. She moved away from *** with her parents . I had no idea that there was a coat ordered from this company. They have no paper work and no deposit for coat. They will not send us her graduation items even though the invoice is paid for in full. Saying that I now have to pay for a coat that she may have ordered 3 years ago. They are holding the graduation stuff until the 170.00 for coat is paid. We have paid them 248.00 for what we ordered and what is on invoice. But they will not send her stuff. And will not refund money so we can buy graduation item so where else
We want what we ordered on invoice that we have paid in full for
The customer ordered a product for us to produce. In order for us to produce it, we have to personally pay for the product up front out of our pocket so that the item ordered will be produced. We then allow for the customer to make payments on this product while it is being produced or pay the balance when it is delivered. This customer has yet to make the payment for this product and all balances must be paid in full before any additional items are delivered.

Everything customer ordered has been paid for n full. 2 or 3 years ago a 15 or 16 year old girl supposedly ordered a letterman coat or had her name put on it because she did play varsity. the coat should have been free from the school honestly who knows. we are not sure what all the charges are for. we have not seen the coat nor have order form for it and have not been provided a order for it. no down was payment was made and no parent consent occurred. as I am told by parents. just a service charge of 170.00 for it added to a second invoice that was sent to granddaughter after we placed her graduation order. Parents moved away with child in 2017. Child came to live with grandparents and finish school 11/19. Grandparents and child order Graduation items from Jostens. in the sum of 247.80 that has been paid in full since 3/5/2019. Jostens tells them they have to pay for coat or they will receive nothing until they do. Jostens refused to cancel order and return money for graduation items. We told them we would not pay for some coat that we didn't even know about. We did not order a coat at anytime. They have taken our money for her graduation items. and did not deliver them with the other students items. when they came to school. and literally have try to blackmail us until we pay for a coat we never even knew about. And told us that's how they do business. because that coat has to be paid for. deceptive business practice and entering into verbal or written contracts with children is illegal. threating to keep items that have paid for in full and keeping them. that is just theft. at this point we just need our money back. it will be to late for invitations to be send out and she not have a cap and gown to graduate and they know that. I have sent in invoices for order placed and payments.
