Jostens Class Rings

Review: Multiple calls made to office with no reply until more than 5 calls were made. Also never received grad announcements, and have left mess for refund.

The customer service in this office is 0.

[redacted] himself is a nice man, and informative of what he sells. However he does not seem to be on top of paperwork submissions as this is one of many incorrect orders, and upset customers who just want their money back. We cannot get our money back because there is NEVER anyone in the office when you call.... nor do they return messages within ANY timely fashion and give excuses for the delays every time. This is not good practice.

Besides these rings are worthless. Why buy a ring that is worth absolutely nothing in the future. More jewelry stores should indulge in this area.Desired Settlement: I would like a full refund on all items ordered. This is the least that could be done considering the time I have waited, had to send his ring back to have correct stone set.. did not have the ring for senior portraits which was very disappointing, and I have never received the graduation announcements I ordered. I will not be using Josten's in the future, a refund on all ordered items I feel is more than appropriate. Thanks
