I have presented Retro Fitness Tottenville with ALL appropriate documents in order to cancel my account on numerous occasions. In addition, they still charged me the monthly membership fees as well as LATE CHARGES. This headache is still ongoing since my very first request to cancel back on March **, 2017.  Please see the latest email received by [redacted] (Retro Fitness affiliate) attached on this email. I'd really like to put this issue to an end. I have been bombarded with texts, emails, and voicemails from Eric R[redacted] of [redacted] every day. I have...

provided proper documentation in regards to my relocation to South Florida, stemming from my Florida driver's license to my rental lease agreement on my condo. After following the appropriate steps for cancellation, Retro Fitness Tottenville is still charging me $124.02 despite all measures taken.  I kindly ask for your help in this matter.
