The paint job actually took 4.5 days and [redacted] was on site the first and last day.

also two coat painted it and replaced the items. It took 12 man hours in total. And there was a charge of $300 for painting that case. [redacted] Painting paid out $250 in labor and $50 in material to paint it.
The customer paid the entire invoice cost, including the trim and the cost of the book case painting.
After several days, the customer came back to [redacted] with a complaint on cost. She never once complained about the quality of work. She did not mention the wall painting or the trim in her initial complaint. In fact, [redacted] was on site the first day of the job to paint the trim in the guest bedroom and was never told that it should not be done. She had agreed to all items in the initial bid. [redacted] still offered to refund $100, despite the cost of the labor that was already paid out. The customer would not accept the check.
