We feel very regretful that Mr. [redacted]was unhappy with our service.First issue seems to be the trimming of rubber tree the reason why I didn't trim the two rubber tree for a while because it is not necessary in point of expert's view. But I trimmed the two rubber trees on 09-03-2015 on Mrs. [redacted] request. - - - o,Second issue is that when Mrs. [redacted] said the she canceled the gardening service by handing the check to me but I did not know that she was canceled that she was canceling the gardening service that time. When my workers went to do the regular service two weeks after, Mrs. [redacted] wanted my workers to return the key to her. So they gave the key right there and then. Not knowing that my workers had returned the key, two weeks later, again, I went to do the regular service, and then I found out that my workers had returned the key two weeks ago. I was so upset that I was not clearly informed to stop working for them month ago but continued the service for one more month free. That was the reason I called her and yelled at her out of anger.As I said carlier, I have been doing the gardening service in this area since 1999, over 15 years, I can proudly say that I don't hardly see anyone complains on my service. I admit that I am short in English, so I try my best to understand my customer's request and try to respond as much as I can. However, in this case, our miscommunication and misunderstanding was the problem. I just wish Mrs. [redacted] understand the situation and take my sincere apology. -SincerelyJoseph's Landscaping
