I had asked for the full amount I had soent at there business due to dissatisfaction. I had purchased two products again by recommendation of servicer. Once I spoke with Binnie she claimed they would only refund the service perfirmed. I had then ask to be compensared for the additional fees of the do over that had to be done the next day as an added unconvinced just hours to my event in another state.

response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.I also asked for a refund of services provided of $40 which inconveniently was incurred to me just prior to my event in order to correct the probem by having my nails redone. Bonnie had only refunded me $25, [redacted] refunded me $25. She claimed that Delores W[redacted], owner would likely not agree.
