I had completed a full bathroom renovation in Jan of The homeowners have said the bath floor tiles have lifted. They are asking me to redo the bathroom floor at my expenseI cannot do something like this , especially with tile. The bathroom is very small, the tub is very low to the groundBoth parents are large individuals & small children are given baths, as well as other individuals. When water splashes on the floor , especially when the tile is newly installed it can undermine the new grout, then cause water to seep underneath and lift the tiles. This is what happened in this caseI have built and renovated many homes on *** *** and hold all proper licenses and insurance's.This condition is not due to any action of mine.Sincerely*** ***
