I am rejecting this response because: The note on the bottom of the page was clearly addedHence the dark line at the bottom of the pageMy grandmother was moved in to the facility on June 9, I remember this clearly as June 9th is my birthdayYes, I would deliver toiletries when neededI would deliver them within 2/days of receiving a call that they were neededHospice care is very expensiveHowever, my grandmother was with *** Hospice which is provided free of charge to all of their patientsJosephs Home did not incur any additional expenses due to Hospice On two separate occasions, K*** stated that "typically residents donate clothes and the deposit to the facility" each time I had witnesses with meI have also saved all of my text messages with her and she clearly said to me that the deposit would be returned within the first week of the following month(June) She must have forgotten that she said that in a text which is date and time stamped It took her months to send me a copy of the contractPlenty of time to be altered I know that the initials on the 1st page of the document are not mineIt clearly does not match the next initialsI also have copies of my handwritten initials on school forms throughout the years and none of them match

On 6/6/13 [redacted] was admitted at Joseph Assisted Living Elder Care Inc. during which her grand daughter [redacted] had signed and approved of the terms of the agreement which was explained to her before signing. The agreement was witnessed by Shobha K[redacted] who was the assigned caregiver for [redacted]...
[redacted] and another lady [redacted] had come with by name [redacted], granddaughter of [redacted]. During these times after the admission, [redacted] had brought some toiletries and some diapers and cloths for [redacted]’ care and that was all we had in the facility for here care. Joseph Home does not use residents stuff for other resident or staff.Nevertheless, [redacted] did not provide toiletries on timely bases as she was supposed to.On 12/13/13 [redacted] was admitted as hospice due to a decline of her health by which the hospice provided her diapers and toiletries. [redacted] was notified about the change in her condition and she had come by to meet with the hospice to sign the necessary documents. This shift in [redacted]'s condition required more money because her cost of care had increased but the management continued to render services to her even though [redacted] saids she could not afford to invest anymore money to her care because it was difficult for her at the time. Hospice care is expensive if she hasn’t realize. The hospice provided her with toiletries till her last day. [redacted] was notified and she passed by later for the remaining belongings for [redacted]. Her cloths r not used for other residents as she claims. The clothes are still in the facility in a bag which she had left there herself. The facility keeps it in cases like these. Usually the remaining belongings of deceased residents are given to the [redacted] if the families and representative deem its ok. [redacted] is welcome to pick the cloths she had left there herself. None of the staff in the facility had said anything like that to her as she claim because its not what we practice. As to the deposit, she needs to refer to her copy of the agreement where she had signed. If she declined to that, she shouldn’t have signed it in the first place.
