I paid with credit card September 11, 2017 $10.00 the machine did not give ma a receipt to place in the window of my car. I changed to debit car and paid again $10.00 again no receipt again for the transaction. I was in Bainbridge and
need to catch the ferry to Seattle to pick up a passport. I returned in two hours to fine for $35.00.
