Review: I had received a gift card which I used

I had a horrific experience with the manager which caused me embarrassment. I asked her if I could transfer my gift card to someone else because I did not want to return and I still have $140.00 credit. She said I could. The gift card clearly states it can not be transferred so I have called and left messages for the owner as well as sending numerous e-mail requests. I wanted to be certain I could transfer the card to someone without them being embarrassed when they got there that the card would not be honored. No one responds to either my e-mails or calls. This has been going on since March 2014Desired Settlement: I would either like the money returned to the credit card to whom it was initially charged or
