In answering the complaint from customer [redacted], on 2/10/16. He had a -13 on his "Bidopia/Auction Flex". which he was permanently declined by 1 Auctioneer- which his last registration was on 1/21/16. We had the option as to...
give or not to give permission to bid at this on-line auction. We decided not to risk it. We did not do anything else but decline to let him on bid on this only 1 time auction. Yes, we should have called him back, but I had a problem with his nasty e-mails that he sent me. He tries to look like the good guy. Sorry I didn't contact you sooner. Thanks, [redacted] O'Neals Auction
Review: Mr. O'Neil Auctioned off the contents of my fathers estate. Property included was the contents of the home and the barn. This was in August 2013. We have received NO payment from this auction. Mr. and Mrs. O'Neal have been contacted not only by me, my brother and our lawyer. He keeps promising to pay but no payment has ever been received. Now when we call we are told they are out or calls are ignored.Desired Settlement: Pay what is owed form the action of our property. Also pay all lawyers fees as incurred with this action
Review: Joseph C. O'Neal & Sons was hired to remove and sell the contents of my father's condominium at [redacted]. On December 12 they emptied the condo of its contents, including all of the furniture except one couch (they removed two beds, couches, chairs, dressers, flat panel tv, tables, framed paintings, lamps, etc) valued by me of approximately $5,000. They loaded all of this onto their truck and promised to sell it at auction. They would give us a check with our proceeds (minus commission) within the next few weeks. The check has not come. I have contacted the company several times in early January, and they did promise to have a check for me before the end of January. I have called them several times last week and this week, and they are not responding to my phone calls. They have had at least three auctions since they took my father's furniture and I am afraid I will not be receiving any money from them.Desired Settlement: I want to have a check for the proceeds of the sale of my father's estate sale of the contents of his home. They need to send us a check of the net settlement amount and a summary of the gross amount of sale, listing the goods and the amount of their commission.
