Review: I filed the complaint with the GA Board of Dentistry in November of 2013 against Dr. Arnold. There are several factors that are contributing to my my compliant to include my physical health, mental health, and cost. the GA board of Dentistry has not personally inspect my condition or offer a third party to present on my behalf or hold Dr. Arnold to the standard of care presented in the laws required by GA board of dentistry. Several Dentist has seen my mouth and my records from Dr. Arnold without going into details has indicated that the work done in my mouth was poorly done at a high rate. My records also indicated thoughtout that I was in pain that Dr. Arnold did not pay attention to. Due to Dr. Arnolds neglect of concern and lack of professionalism, I have suffered with the following: Physical Health Since the seating of my bridges. I have been in excruciating pain which brought elevation of my blood pressure. After the blood pressure study performed by my doctor at Martin Army Hospital they contributed to my pain. I am concerned about my internal organs due to receive a little release of pain I have been taken medication. Mental Health This experience has been very traumatic for me. I have lost confidence in the dentistry profession. I have also experience personal setback. Because of this situation it is contributing to my depression and self-confidence. Cost Dr. Arnold has exhausted my personal finances as well as both of my dental benefits.Desired Settlement: I would really apprecaite if Dr. Arnold office. Would pay for someone to redo the work he missed up. I supporting document supporting my claim. Given the complexity of my situation my only resource is to ask that you to consider my compliant. Review: grinded the wrong tooth during pre prep for crowns. then tried to lie and say I had a hole in my tooth. then tried to charge me for his mistake. he thought I was stupid and did not know any better.then I just wanted him to finish my crowns so I wouldnt have to keep going from dentist to dentist and everytime they get them from the lab, it would have some type of inperfection on them.Now, crowns are all ready expensive as it is. I did not want a mistake in my mouth from not looking closely before I agree to place the open face gold crowns in my mouth. When I decided to not get the crowns, because everytime in was sent back to the lab it still came back looking like silver. he storms in the area I am in and throw a cap box down and says " what is your problem " that is pure 14 gold.from that point I knew that he was nothing but a lair and I could not wait to get the [redacted] out of this office. I told the tech, he had working with him to look at my neck and wrist. my neck had 14k and my wrist had 10k. next the two open face gold (so called) didnt even look gold. it looked silverYes, I know the price of gold is up but he gave me a price that I agreed to pay but it never came out to my sataisfation. my last visit to his office I had to pay for the two crowns because they were gold I had pay him all the way until my post crowns were supposed to go in. post crowns were never put in.Desired Settlement: the charges for the tooth he destroyed. delete any charges pending. stop sending me bills. never receive busniness from myself, family and friends
