My husband and I hired [redacted]  Alan Productions to do the photography/videography for our wedding on 9/30/We had made multiple attempts through emails, texts, phone calls to get the final products for the photography and videosAnd the response was that it is still being worked on and is trying hard to get them doneHowever, I see online and social media that there are other projects that are taken onAfter one year and months, we finally received the completed wedding albumBut have yet to get our finalized and completed wedding videos on a disc/dvd, and was told once again, that it is still being worked onAfter a month from that, I've tried to ask when can I expect to get them and no response yet

My husband and I still have not received our wedding videoIt has been OVER A YEAR since our wedding [redacted] was initially responsive during the weeks we inquired about his servicesUltimately, we ended up booking him because we were so impressed by the quality of his work and artistryThe package we chose included hrs of service, 5-min highlight video, clean edits of our ceremony, toasts, special dances & digital downloadsOur contract states that our video would be delivered 8-weeks after the wedding for our highlight and weeks for the remaining videosWe were required to pay monthly installments, and in FULL month prior to our wedding dateWe completed all payments on time, included a tip at the end of our wedding night, and sent him a thank you gift weeks after the weddingIt's been over a year and we have received nothing in returnDozens of e-mails and messages have been left unanswered [redacted] hasn't given us any reason or explanation for the delayFor the times that he did decide to respond to me, it was to give us a new delivery dateHe's given us new delivery datesHe has been active on all of his social media accounts, and has even completed and selectively published weddings that happened after ours [redacted] has robbed us of our money, time, and has completely tainted our post-wedding experience
