Hello, My name is Adam S [redacted] and I'm contacting you regarding a complaint I receivedID : [redacted] About a customer's phone upgrade.- On 8-we didn't sell any Jphones .- If the customer had the phone for more than days they can upgrade ( upgrade means paying the sale price for the phone they choose).- Most of our customers think that upgrade means getting a free phone and that's not right.- At our location we're always professional with all the customers that we get and we explain every single thing for the customers.- Issues like this happen because sometimes the customer didn't understand that he has to have the phone for days and he has to pay the sale price on the phone as an upgrade , most of the time the problem is the customer not having the money.Thank youAdam s [redacted] ###-###-####
