To whom it may concern:   Ms [redacted] has a history with us and apparently we can’t seem to please her.  She complaints about our food, prices, service and individual employees, and other customers.   We have tried absolutely everything to work with her to make her visit pleasant,...

and she is impossible.  The last visit she insulted one of our employees, and so we instructed management not to allow her to come back.   We have been in business in Midland for 50 years and 17 years in this location and it is not our custom to treat people they way Ms [redacted] implied.   We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who disrespects our establishment.  We wish her well and hopefully she will find a place to her liking.     Sincerely, [redacted]
