Hi I’m responding to the complaint made by the customer I believe it was a man trying to unmount four tires from some atv rims he had bought on CraigslistI turned him away because we don’t like dealing with the smaller rims he left and came back like half an hour later trying to insult me and my
brother because we didn’t want to do themI don’t know what his deal was or what he had against us there’s a lot of weird people in the area so we didn’t acknowledge him he said he was going to contact the Revdex.com and that’s the last we heard of himI do however have posted that “we are not responsible for damage to mag or custom wheels when changing tires” and if he does have a receipt for the work that was done in case it’s the wrong person I would be more than happy to reimburse him for the work
