Hello [redacted],
Thank you so much for talking to me today. I appreciate your help.
[redacted] has purchased her membership online at our online scheduling center...
[redacted]
Upon purchase the client agreed to the terms and conditions by checking the box. Without agreeing to our terms and conditions the client cannot purchase the membership.
All of our memberships are a 3 month minimum and after the initial 3 months our clients can cancel with 30 days notice.
As far a our classes concern our schedule has over 100 classes a month the morning classes are limited to one or two classes a week.
The client purchased a 10 classes a month membership. If she takes one morning class a week that leaves 6 classes available that she would have to take in the evening or weekend.
If she just wanted to take the early morning class then we have a 4 class membership or 8 class membership available why did she buy a 10 class membership?
We can offer her to extend her class expiration date on her previously purchased classes so she can take them at another convenient time for her and a $50 credit to her Jordin's Paradise account.
Please let me know what else I can do or if you need anything else from me.
Thank you
Rania

Review: I believed I was paying for a gym membership worth 10 classes at a price of $99. However, I was informed later that I was paying for 3 months of 10 classes each with $99 each month with all of this coming out after I tried to cancel my membership due to gross mismanagement. I arrived at the gym ready to take a class only to find out that the class had been canceled for weeks. I registered to take this class and received email notifications on the day of and earlier stating that the class was in fact meeting. After placing numerous calls with no answer and leaving a message on the business's voice mail I was informed that the trainer no longer wished to offer the class at all, giving zero notice. Part of the reason I signed up for the membership was they offered classes at times convenient for my work schedule. They showed a calendar of classes weeks in advance. I emailed them stating I wanted to cancel my membership because of this lack of professionalism and received no response. They have charged my $200 for classes I have never taken.Desired Settlement: I would like a refund of $100.
