I received a Parlor Palm & a Peace Lily June 20. The Parlor Palm was out of its pot with soil all over. The plant leaves was covered with yellow little stains. That plant died.
As for the Peace Lily, I had to cut off so many leaves after they turned yellow, that there is almost nothing left. I had left a review on *** with photos June 20th, and I would NEVER order from Jordan's Jungle again.
We were very sorry to see the shape that the Parlor Palm arrived in, as it was evident that the postal service had mishandled the package. It was very beat up, as shown to us in the photos sent to us. Unfortunately, that part is very much out of our hands, however, a full refund for the $6.99 spent on the plant was reimbursed immediately.
As far as the Peace Lily, we were unaware of any issues, and even asked about it in our email thread.
I ordered a houseplant from Jordan’s Jungle. They sent an incorrect product, different from what was advertised. They responded slowly, and offered no immediate resolution. I explained to them that they had an external quality fail. They canceled my current order out of retribution, and refunded the purchase price of the incorrect order, sans shipping charge.
This business has unsatisfactory manners in handling customer complaints.
We are disheartened with "unsatisfactory manners", as all of your emails were responded to, as rude and degrading as they were to us. We did not cancel your order out of retribution, but instead do not wish to do business with you, as you have verbally assaulted and degraded every single team member here at the Jungle. The mishap of sending the wrong plant was purely an accident and it was corrected, by reimbursement. We refunded the plant, and shipping, and even asked you to give the "Unwanted" plant to a friend or family member. You then shipped it back to us, arriving in poor condition, and we sent you a check for the additional shipping charges you paid. We apologize that you are clearly unhappy with a simple error, but have made every attempt to rectify it for you. You have since, placed 2 more orders with us that we have cancelled. We will not do business with anyone that treats other people the way you have.
