Very disappointed in their service.

Starting last year, when my furnace first showed signs of failure, they went and said it was "fixable" and the warranty company (I had a warranty through being a first time home buyer they previous owners had paid for) declined my request to replace my furnace. After failing multiple times after they "fixed" it they still said it was "fixable". Even after replacing the one part we thought could be the conclusion to everything, it still did not work. They replaced parts, that I ended up paying for, only to temporarily fix my furnace.

If it would have been told to the warranty company last year or even in August, that it was not fixable I could have gotten a new furnace under the warranty. Instead I am now paying $1800 to have a new furnace put in. Not only am I paying money, this has caused me so much stress and anxiety of not knowing if my furnace will turn on or not, and last night I was stuck in 19 degree weather with no heat because they failed to fix my furnace after 7 times of "checking it out".

They replaced a part in October for $146.70, because that part was now the "issue".

They never did a complete inspection of my furnace to figure out what the real problem was, all in all, I needed a new furnace last year.

I have the proof from another company that the furnace was not fixable, but yet they still continued to replace parts and only temporarily fix my furnace.
