Jordan's Auto Detailing

Review: The owner/operator of Jordan's Auto Detailing left my car with broken instruments and a wet interior which may have led to the shorting of my I-Phone and I-Pod devices and stereo. The owner/operator refused responsibility for both the broken piece of plastic in the interior and the stereo system, connection to I-pod and I-phone being left damp and resulting in the shorting of my devices. He refused a refund for services and replacement of stereo equipment.Desired Settlement: I would like a full refund of the detailing service which was paid in full in advance and then provided unprofessionally and haphazardly.
