I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and find
that this resolution is satisfactory to me. The business owner contacted me upon his receipt of my complaintand explained he was not responsible as a subcontractor and that he only finished the work that was started by another sub as a favor to *** ***, a personal friend. My only recourse is to go after the
contractor and I have already filed a complaint against him and may pursue in small claims court
Thanks for your time and sending my complaint as the business had not responded to me previously even though I had called and left previous voice messages requesting they contact me with any information
they could share in regards to my tile they ordered for my bathroom
