Jordan Tires

Purchase a defected tire and I was told it would be change out next day but never was. Purchase a Tire on my credit card from Jordan Tire company for $49.00 late in the evening on June 26. After purchase the tire and drove down the street my tire pressure alert came on so I pull over and check my tire. The front passager tire was low (this was the tire I just purchase from Jordan)by that time Jordan had close for the day so I pull in to a service area and pay $1.00 for air. The next day I return to Jordan and talk with the indivdual who put the tire on, he told me he would replace the tire but he had to get it from his other store so check back with him monday. Came by monday the talk to a differ guy and he check for the tire and told me to check back Wednesday. I gave them a extra day and came back Thursday and I was told the building was under new managerment and I need a receipt to show the tire was purchase there. The next day I present my bank statement showing the purchase and first he said he didn't have one and he check at the other location. There was one at the other location but it was going to take time to get it there. Next he told me he could fix it but he was going to charge me. I told him no I don't want to paid for something that had to be fix and charge too No Deal!, By that time another customer came in with the same problem that I had. The problem still have not been handle and I am having to put air into this tire daily. Desired SettlementThis tire should be replaced
