Case# ***She was put down as a reference on a vehicle we sold to her son-in-law. Immediately following the sale of the vehicle her son-in-law and daughter were unreachable. They needed to make a payment and pay for the down payment. We called the references and we reached this
lady. We never yelled at her. She was never given information that she shouldn't have. She chose to lie for the daughter and son-in-law. She also said she knew the other owner and he was a crook. Bottom line is we have repossessed the vehicle from her daughter and son-in-law. Because we sell to low income people and people who do not have good credit and can not get financed anywhere else. We are the "bad guy" when we have to repossess a vehicle that is not being paid for. In this entitled society we have observed they learn it from their parents. No one in our office cusses and she was never referred to as a ***. We are thankful she wants no further contact. If she had had her daughter call us we would have repossessed the vehicle sooner and never would have had a need to contact her againSincerely, *** ** ***Jordan Motors
