In response to the complaint we have been extremely busy with harvest time in the past 10 weeks and have not been checking our email regularly.  The complaint is due to a non-delivery of chicks in which we have little to no control over due to mother nature such as drastic changes in weather;...

which can affect how often chickens lay eggs.  We try our best to deliver chicks as quick as we can - but we note as a disclaimer on our site under FAQ that orders can be delayed for weeks or even months.  I have spoken with the complaint over the phone back in December and advised at that time our intent to fulfill his order based on the terms of sale.  We in fact do have isbar eggs sourced and we will be fulfilling this order as placed within the coming weeks.  We will offer to ship additional Isbar chicks with the order to offset the wait time.   We can coordinate through the Revdex.com on future correspondence to include the shipping tracking number.  Thanks,[redacted]
