We are the agent for the board of directors, who is elected by the Association members each year We are not the decision makers for the community, although we provide consultation based on our years of experience While we cannot directly waive anything without the Board's approval, you are entitled to a hearing before that Board, where they can explain their rationale and you can appeal the fine At the end of the day, however, it is the Board's decision and the membership must follow that decision or volunteer for one of the positions, if you disagree We are unable to waive the fine without the Board's approval
I've tried to attach the budget, in response to this complaint, a couple of times, but it's not working The Board will be making a decision whether they can replace this next phase of railing replacements within the next month or so Unfortunately, we cannot raise the assessments to the degree that would allow us to replace all of the railings, but we are doing our best to assist the Board with managing the money that they DO have

*** is charged with the responsibility to maintain copies of all current leases on fileMany times, owners will rent
their homes without providing the necessary documentationThe only way that we can know, for certain, is to send a letter to anyone who has an address other than the property addressIn this case, this letter was sent to you in errorWe will most certainly send you an apology letter, and apologize at the next board meetingIt's simply a mistake

Your community has decided that they prefer to pay less money in their management fees, for the management and organization of payment plans, and delinquent accounts, and that those owners that wish to avail themselves of those services will pay for the services directly. We do, however,
understand that it can be difficult for owners that are already struggling, so we are always willing to consider crediting someone who, in good faith, is shocked by this extra charge and makes such a request. A letter, or request, is really all that is required for us to consider crediting this fee, because we want to work with the owners, not create ill will. I am perfectly willing to consider crediting this charge, if an owner makes such a good faith request

I am rejecting this response because: I have already appealed this and was told my appeal was deniedI fail to see how the board members can have more power than ManagementThe Fact still remains that I will have to pay $for NO reason other than a few board members say I doIn the past I have had to deal with associations and never had an issueI wish some would have warned me before I bought this Condo and not afterI would Strongly encourage anyone wanting to purchase a property under this management Company to think twice before they make a huge mistakeThese BORAD MEMBERS can really make your life miserable. I guess I will consider the $fine I have to pay as a donation to all the dogs out there that have to pee somewhere.
Sincerely,
