Pound dirt crack head!!!!!

Review: I had a new air-conditioning and heating system installed on February 25, 2014 for $8000. Before this Jones-Rogers did a credit check and approved me for a 12 month zero interest payment option.

About 15 days later I received an invoice for the full amount ($8000) payable immediately. I called the Office Manager, Ms. Laura S[redacted], immediately to put out the error. She said it was a mistake and would be corrected.

Then after about a week I got another invoice, again for the full amount plus $120 finance charge. I tried calling Ms. S[redacted] again but she then stopped taking my calls (the operator would relay my name and I would then be informed that she was not available, she would call back-which she never did).

I then got an email on April 16, 2014 from Ms. S[redacted] saying that there were no finance charges, the error was on Jones-Rogers' part and that I would get a corrected invoice within a week.

On May 9 I got yet another invoice showing the full amount due plus $216.50 of finance charges.

I have meanwhile paid $1500+$650=$2150 in separate checks.Desired Settlement: I want a corrected invoice showing no finance charges and the payments made by me already and a monthly recurring payment for the remaining balance set up on my credit card.($5850) to be paid off in full by February 1, 2015.
