To Whom It Concerns: Working with Jones Road Tree Service, it was becoming extremely difficult to get any resolution as they expected me to go out and find shingles to match the existing shingles Just getting Jones Tree Service to look into the incident proved difficult enough with poor management and the turnover the company has, or at least had, and as I don't have time to debate with a company who doesn't take responsibility for their negligence, I handled the repair myself Further, my number has changed since January, which is why Robert was unable to reach me Thanks, [redacted]

Service now, or in the past. We did conduct work at his neighbors house at [redacted]. We received a call and an email on January 5th from Mr. [redacted] explaining that he believed we had damaged his roof when working on his neighbors house.
