negative text messages and emails from the customerThe cost to the customer was low for mosaic tile work, so there will be not billing adjustment or refund

There was no offer to billing adjustments and/refund. I can't use the backsplash tiles I purchased because they are all cracked. Looks like they had no idea what they was doing when cutting it. I'm out hundreds of dollars
