Please allow me to give you an update of where we are at right now in our effortsto resolve problems with this customer.Mr. [redacted] called me and I responded promptly to his complaint with a personalvisit to his home in Hurricane, Utah.    When I arrived at the front door...

of theirhome,  I noticed the piles of fine red sand on his porch.  His home is located inthe desert where there is considerable wind.   After the visit, I sent Jon G[redacted],our service man out to add weatherstrip to two large sliding windows and he changed out the standard weatherstrip of the exterior doors to a long reachweatherstrip to help solve the problems.I offended [redacted] when I chuckled during one of our conversations when he mentionedthat they do not have a sand problem.  From that point he become angry.I wished that I could have stopped myself from laughing.  I wasn't laughing at him.They have an extreme sand and wind problem where they live.  It was just a funnystatement for him to make.Jon has ordered a couple of replacement window sashes for two of the windowsthat have not been a problem with sand infiltration, but,  during his full examination of all of the windows he saw that they had a slight bow in them.  We are just replacing them under warranty.  Because it is obvious that we will never be able to satisfy the customer with thetwo large horizontal sliding windows, Jon offered to refund the full cost of thosetwo windows and replace them with twin vertical sliding windows at a reducedcost and 50% off of the normal labor charges.[redacted] has told Jon that he will consider this and let him know when Jon returns nextweek with the replacement sashes.If you have any questions, please let me know.Thank you,                                      ...⇄ L[redacted]          Branch Manager                                    �...⇄ Paint & Glass, St Georgecell phone (435)705-0300
