Jones Heating & Air Conditioning

I had this company out to look at some work that needed to be done and to provide an estimate. We agreed on a fee per hour arrangement and set a date 1 month out to complete the work. This work needed to be completed on a certain day in preparation for a different company to come out and do foundation work.

This company called me on Tuesday afternoon of the week they were suppose to arrive Friday morning. Jim called and stated they would not be able to come out and that he did not know if/when they wanted to reschedule. Due to it being 80 degrees outside, I was not able to find another company on such short notice and had to reschedule the foundation work.

I would not recommend this company since they can't keep their commitments, especially those that were made 30 days in advance.
