I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.The first complaint was denied by the warranty from Mohawk carpet but more of my seams are wearing out and separating and when I tried to call jones the wife took a message but no one called me back. I reject mohawks answer to my complaint because there is no way my dog peed on every single seam in the house!!!! We have gates up so the dogs don't go in certain rooms and even in there the seams are separating. I would like my carpet repaired!!!!!
