Misquoted and then money was taken out of my bank account three times! I was quoted $for a long distance move from Tennessee to Florida Then they withdrew $150.21, $and $(TOTALONG $4,053.53) from my bank account When I called to inquire about it the customer service rep was rude and told me I was wrong he can do math and the total charge was $ He continued to tell me I was wrong about three other things and then said companies make mistakes He offered to transfer me to a department to review the call and that was smooth, he was a pleasant representative That gentleman told me I should be credited for the overdraft fees associated with the mistake of taking payments and he transferred me to another representative That person told me there is nothing she can do I have already spoke to the department to review the call and transferred me to another department That ended up being the collections department That young lady was very sweet and sa
I can truthfully say that PODs was a pleasure to deal with from the original phone call to arrange for the POD to be delivered and picked up to my experience with the drivers who delivered/picked up the POD on time There were no "surprises." Everything happened as was explained to me during the phone call and by confirming emails

I have attempted to ship my POD on three occasions and it is not being shipped. I have most of my belongings stuck in this POD that I cannot get. I contacted PODS in September to have my container shipped to Louisville KY and have it waiting in their storage center there. I contacted them on 11-9-18 to set up delivery from the storage center in Louisville to our new home. I was told that the POD never shipped and has been in storage in FL all along. The agent I spoke to informed me that the POD would be shipped Monday morning, expedited so it would arrive on 11-16-18 in Louisville and that I would receive and e-mail confirming this on the 11-9-18. I never received that follow up e-mail and contacted them today, 11-12-18 to follow up and was told again that my POD has not shipped.
