Jon’s Auto LLC consists of one ASE-certified service advisor and one ASE-certified mechanicOur exclusive Volkswagen service is available by appointment only This is our response to claim # [redacted] On two occasions, the individual filing the complaint stopped by our shop, without an appointment, seeking assistance with his inoperable VW Passat located at his homeThis vehicle was not previous serviced or repaired at Jon’s Auto LLCOn both occasions, the service advisor politely told the individual the age and model of his vehicle is outside the scope of our practice As a small, one-mechanic shop, we have established vehicle parameters in order to coincide with realistic repair capabilities This ensures the highest quality service in a timely manner to our customers As stated on our business voice-mail and website, we specialize in 2000-current model year VW vehiclesDepending on a potential or current client’s issue and time frame for repair, we may or may not be able to assist a customer at any given time This is true even with a vehicle that falls within our scope of practice We take customer service very seriously and, in doing so, we realize the limitations of our small, one-mechanic shopOur ultimate goal of any service and repair performed at Jon’s Auto LLC is to ensure complete customer satisfaction

I am rejecting this response because:
I called many times to set up an repair no answerSo I drove their to see what we could doKristen said that she would see what she could do for meAfter around days no responseI called and wow she answered this place is the only place that can run the test I need (vag-com) in Marysville. I'm disabled so getting the car to a vw repair shop is a little roughI can get it their now, I know with a one man shop it's rough. I've called dealerships and the price they gave me was fairon their website the years of cars should be on the main pageand I belive theirs two sites for themI'm not looking for a handout
