Revdex.com:I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.[To assist us in bringing this matter to a close, we would like to know your view on the matter.]Regards, [redacted]
Response to complaint by shop manager on site at the time of complaint:When Ms [redacted] first came in to make an appointment, she was unsure of what she wanted.? She was quoted $for haircut, deep conditioning treatment, flat iron and a gloss.? When she came in for the appointment, she decided she would like to chemically straighten her hair.? She was given a new quote for the addition of the chemical service prior to chemical application.? She was advised to purchase a shampoo and conditioner from the salon the say of service which she declined.? When asked what products she was using she said it was from a drugstore.? I told her I could not guarantee the results with a drugstore brand.? When she came back in, she refused a complimentary deep conditioning treatment and wanted free products, which she was advised to purchase at her initial appointment.? Ms [redacted] was also advised that the chemical service would NOT completely straighten her hair only that it would loosen the curl and help with styling to which she agreed.Sincerely,Frank S [redacted] , OwnerJoli Salon and SpaColonie Center
