We paid [redacted] (possibly a partner of [redacted]). We booked a room with two children. Since the room was so tiny, we took another room and got out the next morning with proper notification. She agreed not to have additional charge but she did. I talked to [redacted] about cancelling third and four night per owner instruction. Again, she changed her mind to refund after room was released from third and fourth night blocking. Owner is the one responsible for refund not [redacted].
