Johnstown Party Bus Ream Transportation

Review: I hired this business for my wedding in September 2013. The bus experienced mechanical issues upon arrival to the church that turned catastrophic. I called the owner in September 2013 for compensation due to his equipment failing. Both the owner and I agreed on 200 dollar return. Since September 2013 my wife and I have called and spoke with the owner on multiple occasions. Every time he made excuses, and reassured my wife and I that he is sending a check by mail. He also tried to play games by lying to my wife and I on the amount agreed upon over 7 months of persistently calling to receive my refund. I guess he figured my wife and I did not communicate. I actually went to this business to retrieve my refund and he handed me a check for 150 dollars. This was not the amount that both the owner and I agreed upon. When I confronted him about this issue he called me names and told me I was dishonest. He then stated that this is all I was getting and in a very vulgar way instructed me to leave. This business does not back up their product. The owner is very irresponsible and immature. He is also very hard to deal with in a professional manner.Desired Settlement: He still owes me 50 dollars, and a apology to my wife.
