This vehicle was a STOLEN RECOVERY sitting on blocks this is why nothing is covered because we don't know what damages have incurred to this vehicle. It falls back on the owner or his insurance. This cannot be blamed on the towing company. We will not cover any cost for
damages. I am sorry for the inconvenience to the customer but the City of Columbus turned the damage down due to it being a STOLEN RECOVERY
